Clinical psychologist providing services to adults across Ontario (CPBAO #7582).

I am a clinical psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. I provide psychological services to adults across Ontario via Jane Video or telephone. I completed my PhD at the University of Ottawa and have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health clinics, and hospitals. I strive to create a professional and welcoming environment for my clients and to treat each individual with the dignity and respect they deserve.
I am also a licensed psychologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (#2652).

I provide psychological assessment and treatment for adults. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Services include both therapeutic support and comprehensive psychological assessment, depending on your needs. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients gain clarity, build skills, and make meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives.
A particular area of interest is providing psychological assessment and treatment for veterans, RCMP members, police officers, and other public safety personnel. My practice focuses on operational stress injuries, trauma-related concerns, cumulative occupational stress, and the psychological impact of service. I also complete assessments for clients working with Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), offering clear, thorough reports and timely communication throughout the process.
I understand that the culture of policing, military service, and public safety is distinct. Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning, capable professionals who have spent years managing intense responsibility, exposure to trauma, and public scrutiny. Therapy in this context is practical, direct, and goal-oriented. My approach emphasizes clarity, skill-building, and steady progress while respecting confidentiality and professional identity.
Common areas of focus include:
In addition to assessment work, I provide structured, evidence-based treatment tailored to the needs of service members and veterans. My aim is to create a space where clients can speak openly, without stigma, and work toward measurable improvement in functioning and quality of life.
